Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to every city in Pakistan. Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24–48 hours of being placed. After dispatch:
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–4 working days
- All other cities in Pakistan: 3–6 working days
Working days are Monday to Saturday and exclude public holidays. Orders placed late on a Saturday or on a public holiday are processed the next working day.
Shipping charges
- Orders over Rs.10,000 — free delivery.
- Orders under Rs.10,000 — a flat delivery charge is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you confirm.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you, so nothing is charged in advance. If you would rather pay by card, that option is available at checkout too.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. You can also message us at any time with your order number for an update.
Before the courier arrives
Please make sure the delivery address and phone number on your order are correct — most delays are caused by an unreachable number. Couriers usually attempt delivery twice; if both attempts fail the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a re-send.
