Ordering & delivery
How do I place an order on Aryans?
Browse any collection, open the product you want and press Add to cart. When you are ready, open the cart and press Check out, then enter your delivery address and choose your payment method. You do not need an account to order.
Do you offer cash on delivery in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, so no advance payment is required. Card payment is also available at checkout if you prefer.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, and 3–6 working days for other cities across Pakistan.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over Rs.10,000. Below that, a flat delivery charge is calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. You can also message us any time for an update on your order.

Are your Smiggle, Disney and CAT products original?
Yes. We only stock 100% genuine branded products sourced through authorised channels. We never sell copies or replicas.
Which school bag size is right for my child's age?
As a general guide: ages 3–5 suit a 13–14 inch backpack, ages 6–8 suit a 15–16 inch backpack or a small trolley bag, and ages 9–15 do best with a full-size 17–18 inch backpack or trolley bag. Exact dimensions are listed on every product page.
Should I buy a trolley bag or a backpack?
A trolley bag is the better choice if your child carries heavy books daily or walks a long distance to school, because the weight rolls instead of sitting on their shoulders. A backpack is lighter overall and easier on stairs and uneven ground. Most of our trolley bags also have padded straps so they can be carried either way.
Are the bags durable enough for daily school use?
Yes. Our bags are chosen specifically for daily school use, with reinforced stitching, sturdy zips, padded adjustable shoulder straps and water-resistant fabric. Trolley bags use smooth-rolling wheels and a retractable handle built to handle rough ground.
How do I clean a school bag?
Wipe the bag with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry fully away from direct sunlight. Avoid machine washing and never tumble dry, as this can damage the padding, coating and zips.
Returns & refunds
What is your return and exchange policy?
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund. Unused items in their original packaging with tags attached can also be exchanged within 7 days.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Card payments are returned to the original payment method; cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
Message us with your order number and a photo of the item as soon as you can. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
